1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
3. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
4. Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
5. Build and maintain productive relationships with customers through personalized experiences.
6. Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
7. Assist with daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
8. Support inventory processes and ensure efficient customer transactions.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

3. Interpersonal savvy and ability to handle high-tension situations.
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
5. Perseverance and drive for results.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range $17.65 to $19.65 hourly. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws.
