1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
3. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating product knowledge and fashion awareness.
4. Drive business through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
5. Ensure the sales floor and backroom are maintained to Coach standards.
6. Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS and asset protection.
7. Support inventory processes and assist with cash-wrap operations as needed.

1. Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

3. Proficiency in using retail technology and tools.

Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.

Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $24.25 per hour, in compliance with applicable wage laws.
