- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement personal sales strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Maintain awareness of personal and store metrics, and develop strategies to achieve performance goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
- Adapt to changes in the local market and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers through personalized experiences.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Foster a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Creativity in developing sales strategies and solutions.
- Proficiency in using technology for sales and clienteling efforts.
1-3 years of previous sales experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
