1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain optimal stock.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold brand standards.

2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales objectives.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory position is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
