1. Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
2. Conduct email and name capture where legally permitted.
3. Maintain accuracy in operating the POS system and cash wrap organization.
4. Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards to enhance customer purchases.
5. Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Coach standards.
6. Organize and maintain the stockroom, including offsite locations if applicable.
7. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
8. Communicate product information effectively to customers and respond to their requests confidently.
9. Participate in regular cycle counts and store inventory counts.
10. Adhere to Company Loss Prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

$15.00 to $17.75 per hour, compliant with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws.
