3. Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
4. Coordinate with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies.

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing teams.
