1. Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of Coach.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
5. Ensure exceptional customer service and enhance the customer shopping experience.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
