- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with merchandising and replenishing stock as needed.
- Support the sales team during peak periods.
- Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
