- Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with organizational objectives to drive growth across all categories.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance productivity and achieve sales targets.

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to protect and drive business needs, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Evaluate team performance, providing timely feedback and creating development plans.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, leveraging technology to support store operations.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain a talent bench in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Manage daily operational tasks including payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
- Maintain the store's aesthetic and safety standards in partnership with the corporate office.
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to various roles within the store environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
- Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
$22.00 to $30.50 per hour, complying with applicable pay laws.
