1. Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with organizational objectives to drive growth across all categories.
2. Mentor and develop team members to enhance productivity and achieve sales targets.
3. Act as a brand ambassador to foster customer loyalty and business growth.
4. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to protect and drive business needs, ensuring operational efficiency.
6. Evaluate team performance, providing timely feedback and creating development plans.
7. Adhere to retail policies and procedures, leveraging technology to support store operations.
8. Recruit, onboard, and maintain a talent bench in collaboration with the Store Manager.
9. Manage daily operational tasks including payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
10. Maintain the store's aesthetic and safety standards in partnership with the corporate office.

1. 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

1. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to adapt to various roles within the store environment.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
5. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

$22.00 to $30.50 per hour, complying with applicable pay laws.
