1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
2. Support in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff to enhance team performance.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
6. Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive store traffic and sales.
