1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, and staff management.
2. Assist in achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
3. Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.

5. Participate in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
