2. Distribute drawings and elevations to internal teams as directed.
3. Maintain the Master Schedule and adhere to project timelines.
4. Lead the procurement process, including vendor purchase orders and invoice processing.
5. Manage vendor creation and administration processes.
6. Review quotes, invoices, and shipping documentation.
7. Create and update budget sheets for internal approval.
8. Assist in new store construction kick-offs.
9. Collaborate with Project Managers to reconcile costs and complete punch lists.
10. Maintain a historical cost database and manage administrative tasks such as file organization and logistics coordination.
11. Ensure effective communication protocols are maintained for projects, budgets, and schedules.

1. 2-4 years of construction and project coordination experience.
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
3. Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Willingness to travel internationally across the region.
