Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of Small Leather Goods (SLGs), mini bags and belts from concept to production.
  • Support coordination between design, product development, merchandising and production teams to ensure timely delivery of collections.
  • Conduct research, produce sketches, renderings and mock-ups for new SLG proposals.
  • Follow up on prototypes, samples and production timelines; report on quality and compliance with brand standards.
  • Prepare and update product sheets, technical documentation, artwork and collection tracking reports.
  • Support inventory tracking and material management to facilitate sample and production flows.
  • Help organise team meetings and prepare internal presentations.
  • Perform day-to-day studio tasks to ensure smooth operation and studio efficiency.

Qualifications

  • BA or MA in Fashion Design (valid internship agreement from current school is mandatory).
  • Portfolio required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
  • Genuine passion for small leather goods, accessories and luxury fashion.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask across several collections.
  • High attention to detail and a quality-driven approach to materials and finishes.
  • Fluent in English; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Previous internships or experience in leather goods, luxury or fashion are a plus.
  • Knowledge of leather materials and production processes is advantageous.
