Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Chloé, welcoming guests into the Chloé family.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and achieve CRM objectives.
- Implement personalized communication campaigns and utilize clienteling tools.
- Collect and record customer data and qualitative information.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance.
- Participate in training and commercial activities set by management.
- Ensure the boutique is impeccably maintained and support colleagues and managers.
- Inform management of necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
- Apply store management guidelines and participate in inventories.
- Support post-sale customer service and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
- Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on excellence and creativity.
- At least one experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with omnichannel sales strategies.

Experience Requirements
