Chloé Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

- Oversee the financial performance of the Europe region by consolidating retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels in collaboration with Chloé headquarters.
- Prepare and monitor financial statements including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets, with a focus on revenue impacts, cost structure supervision, and cash flow management.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and risk & opportunity exercises, alerting stakeholders proactively.
- Evaluate the financial viability of new projects and existing store renewals, ensuring compliance with Richemont's formal approval processes.
- Lead financial performance analysis for existing and future retail and wholesale boutiques.
- Drive negotiations with store departments using industry benchmarks.
- Support business development and new store openings by prioritizing projects and opportunities.
- Facilitate the Leadership Committee Europe meetings, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and performance analysis.
- Engage with the financial community across six countries to communicate strategic brand developments and ensure seamless financial processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of the fashion and luxury business, spending time in stores and with wholesalers to identify key business drivers.
- Foster strong partnerships with regional retail and wholesale directors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a prestigious institution.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial control or audit within the fashion/luxury or distribution sectors, with a strong grasp of seasonal product cycles.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with adaptability, flexibility, and responsiveness.
- Strong organizational skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced proficiency in financial management ERP systems, with SAP being advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in financial control or audit, preferably with international clients in the fashion/luxury or distribution sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
