- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
- Engage in personalized client outreach and utilize clienteling tools to meet CRM targets.
- Capture and maintain comprehensive client data, focusing on high-value clients.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and achieve business performance targets.
- Participate in training and commercial activities to meet sales and KPI objectives.
- Maintain an impeccable store environment and support operational excellence.
- Inform management of necessary store repairs to maintain a luxurious setting.
- Adhere to Richemont policies and standards, ensuring compliance in all operations.
- Proven track record in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and clienteling practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing omnichannel retail tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.
Hourly range: $21-$24, based on skills and experience.
