1. Analyze retail sales and coordinate boutique operations across the APAC region.
2. Ensure boutiques adhere to grooming and operational guidelines, maintaining the maison's standards.
3. Prepare and present retail reports for management review.
4. Provide on-site operational support, including stock management and back-of-house tasks.
5. Monitor and coordinate daily boutique operations, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
6. Implement safety guidelines and manage risk.
7. Manage retail KPIs, monthly commissions, and expenses.
8. Order and replenish boutique supplies.
9. Distribute and ensure compliance with HQ's visual merchandising guidelines.
10. Coordinate boutique maintenance with vendors.
11. Collaborate with the Customer Service Centre for before and after-sales services.
12. Coordinate CRM events and manage client information.
13. Support Friends & Family Sale events.
14. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

1. University degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
2. Knowledge of the Asia Pacific region is advantageous.

1. Self-driven and result-oriented.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel.
4. Fluency in English and Chinese.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail operations, preferably with regional experience in Asia Pacific.

University degree required.
