- Serve as an ambassador of the brand, welcoming clients into the Chloé family.
- Support the Boutique Manager in leading the team and overseeing boutique operations.
- Act as the boutique leader in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
- Lead the team in developing long-term relationships with clients and monitor CRM targets.
- Ensure proper use of CRM tools and supervise client database management.
- Coordinate contact campaigns, gifting initiatives, and client activations.
- Supervise sales on the floor to enhance business performance and customer service.
- Engage the team with omnichannel services and provide feedback on performance.
- Assist in analyzing sales figures and co-create action plans to improve business.
- Organize team briefings and maintain high levels of motivation and product knowledge.
- Shadow sales to coach the team and identify training needs.
- Support recruitment and induction of team members.
- Supervise boutique environment and team grooming, suggesting operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with store management guidelines and Richemont policies.
- Proven experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team spirit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment with leadership responsibilities is required.
