Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in leading the team and supervising boutique operations.
- Act as the boutique leader in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
- Lead the team to develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitor CRM targets and ensure proper use of CRM tools.
- Supervise client database and coordinate contact campaigns.
- Supervise sales on the floor to improve business performance.
- Engage the team with omnichannel services and provide feedback.
- Assist in analyzing sales figures and creating action plans.
- Motivate the team to reach boutique and individual targets.
- Organize team briefings and maintain high motivation levels.
- Ensure excellent product knowledge and follow up on training.
- Support recruitment and induction of team members.
- Supervise boutique environment and team grooming.
- Liaise with team and management to suggest operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with store and BOH management guidelines.

Experience Requirements
Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
