1. Support the Boutique Manager in leading the team and supervising boutique operations.
2. Act as the boutique leader in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
3. Lead the team to develop long-term relationships with clients.
4. Monitor CRM targets and ensure proper use of CRM tools.
5. Supervise client database and coordinate contact campaigns.
6. Supervise sales on the floor to improve business performance.
7. Engage the team with omnichannel services and provide feedback.
8. Assist in analyzing sales figures and creating action plans.
9. Motivate the team to reach boutique and individual targets.
10. Organize team briefings and maintain high motivation levels.
11. Ensure excellent product knowledge and follow up on training.
12. Support recruitment and induction of team members.
13. Supervise boutique environment and team grooming.
14. Liaise with team and management to suggest operational improvements.
15. Ensure compliance with store and BOH management guidelines.
