- Collaborate closely with the HR Director to ensure effective talent management.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and integration processes for new employees.
- Develop and implement employee development and skill enhancement initiatives.
- Drive recruitment strategy development with the HR Director.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Identify recruitment needs and update job profiles in collaboration with department heads.
- Manage candidate sourcing through various channels including job postings, direct approaches, and recruitment agencies.
- Organize recruitment campaigns such as job fairs and dedicated events.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment partners and educational institutions.
- Conduct selection interviews for all positions including managerial, non-managerial, interns, and apprentices.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of applications until final decision.
- Coordinate the hiring process with the personnel administration and payroll department.
- Adapt LVMH Hotel Management's Employer Brand initiatives to enhance company attractiveness.
- Implement onboarding programs and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Monitor annual evaluation and career interview campaigns.
- Participate in drafting and implementing the annual training plan.
- Conduct internal training sessions, particularly in induction and recruitment.
- Implement internal mobility and promotion policies and monitor succession plans.
- Manage recruitment and training budgets as defined by the HR Director.
- Regularly update and report recruitment and training statistics.
- Train teams on recruitment and training tools and processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment and talent management processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Familiarity with training and development tools and methodologies.
