Role & Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, equipment, dishes, and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness standards by following kitchen cleaning procedures, hood cleaning procedures, oil disposal procedures, and electrical equipment procedures.
- Operate dishwashers and other equipment used for cleaning and sterilizing dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors and sanitizing work areas.
- Follow all relevant safety procedures related to the use of kitchen equipment, waste disposal, and other activities.
- Support the Chefs.
Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in Italian or English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position is a plus.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
