Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in the luxury hospitality service at the Gastronomic Restaurant Plénitude.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of dining areas to ensure seamless service.
  • Develop an understanding of personalized guest service alongside experienced Chefs de Rang.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between kitchen and dining room to ensure timely and precise order delivery.
  • Engage in team briefings, training sessions, and events to maintain high professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Training in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
  • Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
  • Strong gastronomic culture.

Skills

Passion for the restaurant industry. Excellent interpersonal and representational skills. Strong customer service orientation and courtesy. Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills. Flexibility and adaptability. Team spirit. Sales and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud, and MICROS is a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Experience

No prior experience required, but familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining is advantageous.

Training in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
