1. Clean and sanitize work surfaces, equipment, dishes, and utensils.
2. Maintain cleanliness standards by following kitchen cleaning procedures, hood cleaning procedures, oil disposal procedures, and electrical equipment procedures.
3. Operate dishwashers and other equipment used for cleaning and sterilizing dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
4. Clean and maintain the kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors and sanitizing work areas.
5. Follow all relevant safety procedures related to the use of kitchen equipment, waste disposal, and other activities.
6. Support the Chefs.

1. Intermediate proficiency in Italian or English.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position is a plus.
3. Knowledge of hygiene standards.
4. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
