- Manage guest reservations via phone, internet, and on-site.
- Welcome, guide, and settle guests into the spa area.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and promote additional products and services to enhance revenue.
- Handle billing processes in compliance with hotel procedures.
- Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Update guest profiles and records accurately.
- Prepare workspaces, including linens, skincare products, and refreshments.
- Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, particularly in treatment rooms, following hotel standards.
- Assist in stock management and inventory.
- Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ensure effective communication of guest-related information to team members.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics or Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication

CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics or Hospitality
