- Professionally manage reservations via phone, fax, or email, adhering to LQA standards and internal procedures.
- Promote and sell Cheval Blanc Seychelles products in alignment with the Maison's availability and standards.
- Optimize room and villa occupancy following supervisory instructions.
- Update reservations using the designated reservation software.
- Identify and explain various pricing and room categories to potential guests.
- Maintain and enhance strong guest relationships.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries in a personalized manner.
- Compile relevant documentation for guest arrivals within specified time frames.
- Follow superior instructions for cross-selling and up-selling, while acting independently when necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in reservation management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
