1. Serve as a primary artisan of the guest experience at Cheval Blanc Paris, embodying the elegance, precision, and service ethos of the Maison.
2. Identify and accurately respond to each client's expectations prior to their arrival.
3. Actively participate in processing and recording reservation requests under the guidance of the Reservations team.
4. Contribute to optimizing room occupancy in line with hotel capacity and commercial policy.
5. Collaborate closely with reception and other hotel departments to manage phone and email inquiries outside of Reservations' operating hours.
6. Ensure a seamless, personalized experience for guests, maintaining the high standards of Cheval Blanc Paris from the first point of contact.

1. Higher education in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector

3. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
4. Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated
