Cheval Blanc Reservation Apprentice

- Serve as a primary artisan of the guest experience at Cheval Blanc Paris, embodying the elegance, precision, and service ethos of the Maison.
- Identify and accurately respond to each client's expectations prior to their arrival.
- Actively participate in processing and recording reservation requests under the guidance of the Reservations team.
- Contribute to optimizing room occupancy in line with hotel capacity and commercial policy.
- Collaborate closely with reception and other hotel departments to manage phone and email inquiries outside of Reservations' operating hours.
- Ensure a seamless, personalized experience for guests, maintaining the high standards of Cheval Blanc Paris from the first point of contact.
- Higher education in Hospitality
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector
- Sales and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera software
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Customer service orientation, courtesy, and discretion

Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Higher education in Hospitality is required.
