1. Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the resort's power plant and associated systems.
2. Collaborate with senior operators and engineering leadership to maintain continuity of operations and energy efficiency.
3. Adhere to and enforce compliance with safety standards.
4. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of power plant equipment.
5. Accurately log and monitor plant operations and systems.
6. Support daily operations and respond effectively to critical situations.

1. Technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, or power plant operations.

1. Strong knowledge of power plant equipment, generators, and auxiliary systems.
2. Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
3. Solid understanding of safety, fire, and life safety procedures.
4. Disciplined, reliable, and safety-conscious.
5. Calm and methodical in responding to faults or emergencies.
6. Collaborative and responsive within a team environment.
7. Attentive to detail with a strong sense of responsibility.

Minimum of 3 years in power plant or utility operations within a resort, hotel, or similar facility.

Technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, or power plant operations.
