Cheval Blanc Night Supervisor

- Ensure the seamless operation of the hotel during nighttime hours under the guidance of the Front Office Manager.
- Coordinate operational services and collaborate with security to ensure the comfort and safety of guests and staff.
- Manage night-time check-ins and check-outs, adhering to established procedures.
- Conduct regular rounds and report any non-compliance issues.
- Oversee all hotel activities, manage reservations in the absence of the dedicated team, and handle late arrivals or unexpected departures.
- Supervise billing, cash handling, rate verification, and closing procedures.
- Prepare reports and coordinate with other departments for the following day's arrivals.
- Address guest complaints and requests, possessing in-depth knowledge of hotel rooms and services.
- Promote hotel offerings, including rooms, restaurants, and spa services.
- Technological Baccalaureate in Hospitality
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality roles
- Familiarity with the luxury hotel sector
- Experience in a 5-star or luxury establishment
- Advanced management skills including billing control and reconciliation
- Sales and communication proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud, and ideally Concierge Organizer and Know Cross
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Portuguese) is advantageous
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
