Cheval Blanc Night Auditor

- Manage reservation requests, ensuring sales and providing tailored responses to client needs while practicing upselling.
- Guarantee the reliability and quality of client reservations, including confirmation and data entry, and contribute to client loyalty.
- Welcome and assist clients both over the phone and in person.
- Escort clients to their rooms and inform them about the hotel's services.
- Advise and organize the client's stay upon request.
- Strive to meet client requests and ensure the quality of service delivery.
- Post and monitor client-related operations using the hotel's software, adhering to procedures.
- Perform check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and reliability of collected information.
- Control and close the cash register at the end of the shift.
- Handle telephone calls, faxes, and mail, ensuring proper distribution within the hotel.
- Manage safes and perform client wake-up calls.
- Conduct external relocations in case of overbooking, following hotel procedures.
- Assist in managing luggage and vehicle flows according to established procedures.
- Handle daily closure and backup operations.
- Process client invoices before forwarding them to general accounting.
- Report any unusual situations regarding client or colleague safety to management.
- Higher education degree in Hospitality Management.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high potential for representation.
- Customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Time management and prioritization skills in line with hotel operations.
- Proactive, with the ability to anticipate and take initiative.
- Team spirit.
Minimum of 3 years in reception, concierge, reservations, or guest services (restaurant/spa).
Higher education degree in Hospitality Management.
