- Ensure the serenity and safety of guests during nighttime hours.
- Control and validate daily cash transactions and perform daily closures.
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival or during nighttime inquiries.
- Address specific guest needs with discretion and efficiency.
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures for late arrivals or departures.
- Maintain guest tranquility and comfort throughout the night.
- Communicate essential information to the day team to ensure service continuity.
- Collaborate with other departments such as dining and housekeeping to meet nocturnal guest requests.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
