1. Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department.
2. Oversee Majordome service and guest services.
3. Achieve maximum sales and guest satisfaction.
4. Adhere to the standards of service required by the Maison.
5. Lead by example.

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
2. Significant experience in a hotel environment, with a minimum of 2 years.

1. Excellent knowledge of property management software, such as Opera and Material Control.
2. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
3. Computer literate with excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Deep understanding of luxury service standards.
5. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
7. Flexibility to respond to different work situations.
8. Thoroughness, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.
9. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
10. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel environment.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
