- Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department.
- Ensure all Majordome and guest services meet the Maison's standards.
- Maximize sales and guest satisfaction through exemplary service.
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of service.
- Mentor and motivate a diverse team of Ambassadeurs.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in a hotel environment.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Opera and Material Control.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role within the hotel industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
