1. Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
2. Advise and organize guest activities as per their requests.
3. Promote and sell hotel services, including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
4. Anticipate guest needs and provide sincere, targeted assistance and advice.
5. Ensure the quality of services provided to guests.
6. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
7. Handle emails and maintain regular correspondence with clients before and after their stay.
8. Stay informed about local events and maintain a network with peers and local service providers.
9. Contribute to creating unique and surprising guest experiences under the supervision of the Concierges.
10. Manage and monitor guest-related operations using the hotel's information system.
11. Coordinate the delivery of newspapers, messages, and packages to guest rooms.
12. Ensure the hotel entrance and surroundings are accessible, clean, and safe.
13. Collaborate with porters, valets, and bellhops in organizing guest errands and welcoming them to the hotel.
14. Answer phone calls courteously according to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
15. Facilitate internal communication within the concierge service and with other hotel departments.
16. Ensure guest safety and comfort.
17. Report any unusual situations concerning guest or colleague safety to management.
