1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and organize the service area according to the Maison's procedures.
3. Participate in service delivery, providing expertise and maintaining Cheval Blanc standards.
4. Coordinate and communicate with the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding for seamless service.
5. Promote the restaurants and dining events organized by the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
2. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
3. Proficiency in English and a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.

1. Significant service experience in a similar high-end establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service acumen.
5. Ability to anticipate needs and propose solutions.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
