Cheval Blanc Assistant Security Manager

- Support and substitute the Security Manager during absences.
- Manage the security team effectively.
- Organize and supervise the activities of security specialists.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and quality procedures at Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Oversee human resource management, including task planning and allocation.
- Develop and monitor work programs and patrol schedules for the team.
- Participate in and reinforce team patrols.
- Prepare and oversee security commissions and implement corrective measures.
- Perform operational duties as per service notes.
- Valid SSIAP 2 certification or willingness to obtain.
- Current SST or PSC1 certification.
- Valid AFPS title and professional card.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the hotel premises.
- Mastery of security and safety tools and procedures.
- Proficiency in office software applications.
- Ability to control fire safety systems.
- Strong managerial capabilities.
- Meticulous, with integrity and organizational skills.
- Analytical skills for situation assessment.
- Ability to read plans and execute emergency protocols.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to maintain diplomacy and empathy in all situations.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required.
