1. Lead the budgeting and planning process for major projects with significant tech involvement.
2. Act as a business partner to project teams, providing financial planning, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
3. Support global reporting of IT resources, including cash, P&L, and FTEs, with specific analyses on significant tech programs.
4. Develop and improve tech financial systems and controlling processes.
5. Ensure the reliability and stability of financial systems, including IFRS adjustments and cash views.
6. Provide financial analysis, reports, and presentations to senior management.
7. Assist in consolidating and reviewing the financial trajectory of the 3-year IT MTP according to the global IT strategy.
8. Oversee the capital expenditure review process and drive efficiencies in the CER process.
9. Manage the intercompany IT recharges process and assist with the purchase order process.
10. Support budget analysis, reforecasting, and monitoring of actuals versus budget.
11. Manage global IT agreements and invoicing activities, including cost reallocation models.
12. Collaborate with the Global CIO and CIO office to support IT strategy and transformation.
13. Contribute to IT contract management, including financial aspects of contract negotiations.

1. Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of Hyperion, TM1, D365, SAP is desirable.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Analytical skills with strategic and forward-looking capabilities.
5. Ability to manage remotely.

Proven history of business finance partnership, particularly in tech controlling and financial systems management.

Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
