- Lead the budgeting and planning process for major projects with significant tech involvement.
- Act as a business partner to project teams, providing financial planning, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
- Support global reporting of IT resources, including cash, P&L, and FTEs, with specific analyses on significant tech programs.
- Develop and improve tech financial systems and controlling processes.
- Ensure the reliability and stability of financial systems, including IFRS adjustments and cash views.
- Provide financial analysis, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Assist in consolidating and reviewing the financial trajectory of the 3-year IT MTP according to the global IT strategy.
- Oversee the capital expenditure review process and drive efficiencies in the CER process.
- Manage the intercompany IT recharges process and assist with the purchase order process.
- Support budget analysis, reforecasting, and monitoring of actuals versus budget.
- Manage global IT agreements and invoicing activities, including cost reallocation models.
- Collaborate with the Global CIO and CIO office to support IT strategy and transformation.
- Contribute to IT contract management, including financial aspects of contract negotiations.
- Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Hyperion, TM1, D365, SAP is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical skills with strategic and forward-looking capabilities.
- Ability to manage remotely.
Proven history of business finance partnership, particularly in tech controlling and financial systems management.
Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
