1. Lead the technical aspects of digital passport solutions, ensuring architecture, integration, performance, and security.
2. Define technical directions for IT and application projects.
3. Collaborate with development, design, and project management teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
4. Establish technical specifications in collaboration with the architecture team and developers.
5. Create a framework of technical standards and procedures.
6. Analyze and identify technical risks, conducting comprehensive evaluations to validate solutions.
7. Oversee the development and implementation of technical aspects of projects and the evolutionary run of applications.
8. Supervise technical aspects of projects and development work, making architectural and design decisions.
9. Guide development in corrections and enhancements of existing solutions and technical improvements.
10. Identify and resolve bugs, leading continuous code improvement and ensuring adherence to development best practices.
11. Support project teams in technical decision-making through educational insights and impact analysis.
12. Design test plans, supervise and conduct tests, and contribute to test documentation to ensure solution stability.
13. Maintain detailed technical documentation on solutions and projects.
14. Ensure the operability of solutions throughout the project.
15. Provide technical support to the support team on project evolutions.
16. Ensure proper implementation of technical monitoring and maintenance procedures, supervising application quality.
17. Conduct technological watch on customer experience expertise and digital passport solutions, recommending suitable evolutions and innovations.

1. Engineering degree with a specialization in computer science.
2. Minimum 8 years of confirmed experience as a Tech Lead in an international retail or premium brand environment.

1. Strong technical skills in cloud architectures (Azure, AWS), microservices, CI/CD, API REST, and security.
2. Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills.
3. User-oriented and business needs-focused approach.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
5. Proficiency in English.
6. Experience with Digital Passport topics and sensitivity to personal data (PII) is a major asset.
