Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection and provide expert beauty advice.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the cleanliness of the beauty counter.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new launches and beauty trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program or recent graduate.
  • Strong interest in beauty and luxury products.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented with a passion for beauty. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required.

Education

Pursuing or completed a degree in a related field.
