1. Oversee the management of the talent acquisition solution portfolio, supporting attraction, sourcing, recruitment, applicant tracking, and transition to hire processes.
2. Collaborate with the Global Talent team to align technologies with strategic talent acquisition priorities.
3. Define and maintain a roadmap for enhancements and evolutions in talent acquisition solutions.
4. Identify and influence opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance adoption of talent solutions.
5. Prioritize and manage regional and market requests in line with the broader talent acquisition roadmap.
6. Lead functional and technical feasibility studies, impact analysis, and solution proposals.
7. Manage solution configuration, quality assurance testing, and new releases, including testing and change management.
8. Maintain the master functional knowledge database and user guidance materials.
9. Oversee day-to-day support, service management, change requests, and defect tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
10. Experiment with and introduce new talent acquisition methodologies, focusing on user experience and process design.
11. Utilize data and analytics to drive insights and decision-making in talent acquisition.
12. Support the definition and evolution of core data points and reports for talent acquisition.
13. Partner with Global Talent and People Analytics teams to refine core KPIs and manage reporting requests.
14. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition practices.
15. Support the maintenance and evolution of the Talent Development solutions portfolio.

1. 3-4 years of experience managing and supporting talent acquisition and recruitment technology solutions.
2. Advanced experience with Workday Talent configuration, particularly the Workday Recruitment module.

1. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
2. User-centric design approach and familiarity with agile methodologies.
3. Attention to detail and ability to connect details to the bigger picture.
4. Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

3-4 years of experience in managing and supporting talent acquisition and recruitment technology solutions, with advanced Workday Talent configuration experience.
