- Oversee the management of the talent acquisition solution portfolio, supporting attraction, sourcing, recruitment, applicant tracking, and transition to hire processes.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent team to align technologies with strategic talent acquisition priorities.
- Define and maintain a roadmap for enhancements and evolutions in talent acquisition solutions.
- Identify and influence opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance adoption of talent solutions.
- Prioritize and manage regional and market requests in line with the broader talent acquisition roadmap.
- Lead functional and technical feasibility studies, impact analysis, and solution proposals.
- Manage solution configuration, quality assurance testing, and new releases, including testing and change management.
- Maintain the master functional knowledge database and user guidance materials.
- Oversee day-to-day support, service management, change requests, and defect tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Experiment with and introduce new talent acquisition methodologies, focusing on user experience and process design.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive insights and decision-making in talent acquisition.
- Support the definition and evolution of core data points and reports for talent acquisition.
- Partner with Global Talent and People Analytics teams to refine core KPIs and manage reporting requests.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition practices.
- Support the maintenance and evolution of the Talent Development solutions portfolio.
- 3-4 years of experience managing and supporting talent acquisition and recruitment technology solutions.
- Advanced experience with Workday Talent configuration, particularly the Workday Recruitment module.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- User-centric design approach and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Attention to detail and ability to connect details to the bigger picture.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
3-4 years of experience in managing and supporting talent acquisition and recruitment technology solutions, with advanced Workday Talent configuration experience.
