1. Provide exceptional customer service by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships both in-person and over the phone.
2. Assist on the sales floor, adhering to Chanel's standards of customer service, including welcoming clients and presenting new collections.
3. Support administrative tasks such as preparing packaging, gift wrapping, and accurately documenting messages for Fashion Advisors.
4. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
5. Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
6. Ensure the integrity and organization of inventory at all times.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas and ensure Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked.

1. 1-3 years of successful experience in retail operations and/or stock management.

1. Customer service orientation
2. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams
5. Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous

1-3 years in retail operations or stock management.

Competitive base salary of $55,000 CAD annually plus bonus.
