Chanel Retail Operations Manager

- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of boutiques within the assigned São Paulo territory, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and client service.
- Drive sales performance and operational KPIs through coaching, goal-setting and regular performance reviews with store leadership.
- Manage P&L oversight for the region, coordinating budgeting, expense control and forecasting with finance and retail leadership.
- Ensure inventory integrity and optimal stock flow by coordinating replenishment, stocktaking and reconciliation processes with supply chain and store teams.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure boutiques present a cohesive, elevated client experience aligned with global guidelines.
- Recruit, develop and retain high-performing store managers and sales teams through structured training, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention policies, local regulations and corporate procedures, and lead audits and corrective actions as required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing and e‑commerce to align in-store initiatives with product launches and promotional calendars.
- Proven leadership capacity with experience managing multi-unit retail teams and store managers.
- Strong commercial acumen with prior responsibility for sales targets, KPIs and P&L.
- Demonstrated ability to translate global brand standards into consistent local execution within boutique environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric orientation.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in retail operations, including multi-unit leadership and measurable results in sales and operational improvement; prior experience in luxury, premium fashion or premium retail environments strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
