Chanel Press Communications Tools Intern

- Support the press office in creating, updating and distributing press kits, dossiers and digital assets for media use.
- Maintain and enrich the press contact database and media lists; ensure data accuracy and segmentation for campaigns.
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular press clippings, summaries and basic performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of press releases, embargoed materials and media invitations.
- Coordinate logistics for press events, showrooms and interviews, liaising with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage the press archive (digital and physical) and ensure organized filing of imagery, clippings and transcripts.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of press-facing tools and platforms (CMS, distribution lists, shared drives).
- Perform ad hoc research on journalists, titles and market trends to inform PR activities.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and spoken French; professional working proficiency in English is strongly advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential materials and high-profile media enquiries.
- Comfort with data entry and maintaining databases; accuracy and a methodical approach to record-keeping.

Previous internships or work experience in PR, communications or editorial environments is desirable but not mandatory; demonstrable interest in fashion and media relations is expected.
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
