Chanel HR Administration Intern

- Support the HR team in coordinating and executing daily administrative tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing documentation and facilitating a seamless employee experience.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate logistics for HR-related meetings, trainings, and events.
- Support payroll and attendance administration, including leave tracking and documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations with clarity and attention to detail.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and participate in HR projects as needed.
- Assist in managing the HRIS by learning system functionalities and supporting HR data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR administration or office management is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity.
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support others.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in HR administration or office management is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
