Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant

1. Deliver exemplary luxury client experiences while promoting Chanel fragrance and beauty product ranges to travel‑retail customers.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, proactive clienteling and conversion of footfall into sales.
3. Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate fragrance and cosmetics benefits, ingredients and application techniques to clients.
4. Execute merchandising and visual standards to Chanel guidelines, including seasonal launches, displays and promotional activations in the airport environment.
5. Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, handle receipts and after‑sales service enquiries.
6. Manage stock replenishment, returns and inventory counts in compliance with travel‑retail and duty‑free procedures.
7. Adhere to airport security requirements and company policies, including carrying out required identification and access procedures for airport staff.

1. Proven retail sales experience, ideally 1+ years in luxury beauty, premium cosmetics or travel retail.
2. Right to work in the UK and ability to obtain airport security clearance (required for Birmingham Airport roles).
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished professional appearance appropriate to a luxury brand.
4. Flexible availability to work retail shifts, including weekends, public holidays and early/late shifts typical of airport operations.
5. Strong numeracy and transactional accuracy; attention to detail in merchandising and stock management.
