Chanel in Geneva seeks a Digital Marketing & Engagement Intern to support social media, content creation and campaign reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of local digital marketing campaigns across social channels and owned digital platforms.
- Create, adapt and schedule visual and written content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and brand channels, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
- Assist community management: monitor social conversations, engage with followers and escalate client or brand issues as required.
- Coordinate campaign activations with regional/global digital teams, PR, retail and external agencies; manage deliverables and timelines.
- Support influencer and ambassador outreach, onboarding and performance tracking.
- Compile and analyse campaign and channel performance metrics; produce regular reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Maintain content calendars, asset libraries and digital documentation; provide general administrative support to the digital team.
- Contribute to CRM and email marketing activations, as well as localised digital projects and in-store digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in luxury fashion, beauty and brand-sensitive communication; high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive mindset, collaborative team player and eagerness to learn from cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience
Early-career candidates are sought; prior internships or 6–12 months experience in digital marketing, social media or agency work is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
