- Implement and execute Events and Activations initiatives as per the strategy set by the National Events and Activations Manager.
- Drive sales and enhance client experience at Chanel points of sale.
- Support the Sales Development and Retail Operations Team in delivering sell-out plans and elevating client experience.
- Plan and execute innovative events and activations within the Chanel framework.
- Ensure all activities align with the overall sales development plan.
- Support educational initiatives to enhance the capabilities of point-of-sale staff and field specialists.
- Collaborate with Field Retail Development Managers to build skills and confidence in service delivery and event execution.
- Monitor and analyze the return on investment of activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Identify and present new business opportunities internally.
- Support the Sales Development Team in disseminating materials and directions for in-store activations.
- Champion and evaluate the commercial viability of service offerings to enhance client engagement.
