1. Implement and execute Events and Activations initiatives as per the strategy set by the National Events and Activations Manager.
2. Drive sales and enhance client experience at Chanel points of sale.
3. Support the Sales Development and Retail Operations Team in delivering sell-out plans and elevating client experience.
4. Plan and execute innovative events and activations within the Chanel framework.
5. Ensure all activities align with the overall sales development plan.
6. Support educational initiatives to enhance the capabilities of point-of-sale staff and field specialists.
7. Collaborate with Field Retail Development Managers to build skills and confidence in service delivery and event execution.
8. Monitor and analyze the return on investment of activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
9. Identify and present new business opportunities internally.
10. Support the Sales Development Team in disseminating materials and directions for in-store activations.
11. Champion and evaluate the commercial viability of service offerings to enhance client engagement.
