- Deliver exceptional, bespoke client service to a discerning and international clientele in the South Coast Plaza boutique.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up communications.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and cross-selling of product categories.
- Provide expert product knowledge across garments, accessories and leather goods, advising on fit, materials and care.
- Manage visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation to Chanel standards, including window displays and stock presentation.
- Process high-value transactions accurately using the store POS and follow cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Coordinate with stockroom and inventory teams to ensure availability of sizes and timely replenishment; assist with receiving and merchandising new collections.
- Represent the brand with discretion and professionalism at client events, private appointments and in-store activations.
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales; a minimum of 1 year in a client-facing retail role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak periods; flexibility for client appointments.

At least 1 year of client-facing experience in retail; experience within a luxury or premium fashion house is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing high-value transactions and cultivating a repeat client base is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline preferred.
