1. Co-develop digital training modules, including creation, design, adaptation, and translation.
2. Facilitate the internal e-learning community.
3. Monitor and report monthly KPIs for the internal training application.
4. Contribute to the development of style training tools.
5. Organize sales training programs and style workshops.
6. Assist Style Expert Managers in creating and tracking performance indicators.
7. Maintain training room displays in line with Chanel's brand image.
8. Participate in organizing seminars and events, handling logistics and coordination.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, communication school, or university (Master's level).
2. Previous experience in the retail industry.

3. Desire to develop fashion expertise and training knowledge.
4. Attention to detail, responsiveness, and excellent listening skills.
5. Versatility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Fluency in English and French.

A successful initial experience in the retail sector is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, communication, or a related field.

Interns will benefit from an integration program, including training on Chanel's history and products. They will deepen their retail knowledge and enhance communication skills while interacting with various European departments.
