- Coordinate the development and industrialization of metal components in collaboration with French manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Support the studio and manufacturers in the development of metal components based on design briefs.
- Collaborate with Leather Goods Product Managers to make optimal technical decisions, anticipating quality and industrialization challenges.
- Conduct risk analyses with manufacturers and a defined supplier panel, ensuring risk mitigation in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Serve as the primary contact for manufacturers regarding the appropriation and industrialization of metal components.
- Manage the validation process of production samples and assign validation responsibilities within the PLM system.
- Oversee the progress of production sample validations and distribute weekly internal updates.
- Participate in defining quality control tolerance thresholds for metal components.
- Assist manufacturers and suppliers in resolving production quality alerts using MRP methods.
- Prepare weekly reports on industrial and quality issue resolutions.
- Contribute to Business Review preparations within the scope of responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design (Bac+5) with at least 5 years of experience in metal component development and industrialization, ideally in luxury leather goods.
- Proficiency in French and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Problem-solving and priority management skills.
- Teamwork, autonomy, and meticulousness.
- Proficiency in PLM, Rhino, or other 3D software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in the development and industrialization of metal components, preferably within the luxury leather goods sector.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design (Bac+5).
