- Develop and align brand impact measurement KPIs across POE practices and platforms.
- Collaborate with CHANEL Asia AD operations for media format and performance reviews.
- Support POE communications communities through webinars, workshops, and seminars.
- Partner with business divisions to drive KPI benchmarks and evaluate communication activities.
- Participate in global guideline discussions and advise on market adaptations.
- Consolidate and share strategic topics with stakeholders to generate insights for planning.
- Manage the CHANEL media agency partnership for strategic feedback and partnership reviews.
- Develop and implement media dashboards and analytics frameworks.
- Enforce media policies and guidelines to ensure alignment with global standards.
- Lead audits and assessments of media activities for continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of media and social media platforms in North Asia.
- Advanced analytics and insight generation capabilities.
- Experience in communications, PR, luxury events, social media, or influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Expertise in traditional, digital, and social media strategies.
- Ability to translate complex media data into actionable insights.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas convincingly.
- Proven ability to lead tasks and project teams.
Previous experience in communications, PR, luxury events, social media, or influencer marketing, with a focus on North Asian markets.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
