Chanel Boutique Operations Associate

1. Manage daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and Point-of-Sale reconciliation.
2. Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; maintain accurate stockroom organization and replenishment.
3. Support inventory control cycles and stock audits to ensure product integrity and shrinkage prevention.
4. Assist sales advisors with client appointments, order fulfilment, special requests and after‑sales service.
5. Maintain boutique presentation to brand visual merchandising standards and assist with display installations.
6. Perform administrative tasks: update client records, prepare sales and inventory reports, and liaise with regional operations teams.
7. Enforce loss-prevention, compliance and brand security procedures.
8. Contribute to team training on operational processes, POS usage and boutique protocols.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, hospitality or administrative training a plus.
2. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
3. Proven aptitude for meticulous, process-driven work with strong attention to detail.
4. Professional presentation and the ability to deliver discreet, high‑touch client service.
5. Reliable time management and the capacity to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Preferably 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, luxury boutique environments or high-end hospitality with demonstrable exposure to inventory control and client service procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or diploma in retail, business or hospitality is advantageous.
