Chanel Boutique Operations Associate

- Manage daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and Point-of-Sale reconciliation.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; maintain accurate stockroom organization and replenishment.
- Support inventory control cycles and stock audits to ensure product integrity and shrinkage prevention.
- Assist sales advisors with client appointments, order fulfilment, special requests and after‑sales service.
- Maintain boutique presentation to brand visual merchandising standards and assist with display installations.
- Perform administrative tasks: update client records, prepare sales and inventory reports, and liaise with regional operations teams.
- Enforce loss-prevention, compliance and brand security procedures.
- Contribute to team training on operational processes, POS usage and boutique protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, hospitality or administrative training a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Proven aptitude for meticulous, process-driven work with strong attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and the ability to deliver discreet, high‑touch client service.
- Reliable time management and the capacity to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
- Point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Inventory management and stock control
- Visual merchandising fundamentals
- Clienteling and customer service
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- CRM systems (experience with client databases)
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, luxury boutique environments or high-end hospitality with demonstrable exposure to inventory control and client service procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or diploma in retail, business or hospitality is advantageous.
