Chanel Boutique Manager

- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to deliver revenue targets and manage the boutique P&L.
- Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and coordinate schedules.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies and CRM initiatives to grow high-value client relationships and lifetime value.
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising and store presentation in accordance with brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, loss-prevention measures and liaison with distribution/warehouse teams.
- Analyze sales performance and KPIs; prepare regular reports and implement corrective commercial actions.
- Manage boutique administration including budgets, cash handling, compliance, after-sales service and local regulations.
- Represent the brand in the local market and coordinate events, VIP visits and in-store activations to strengthen brand presence.
- Proven leadership in a retail management role within luxury or premium fashion/beauty.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage sales targets and P&L responsibility.
- Expertise in clienteling and CRM-driven sales development.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching and team-development skills.
- Impeccable standards for visual merchandising, luxury service and brand presentation.

Typically 3+ years of progressive retail management experience within luxury or premium brands, with direct responsibility for team leadership, store operations and commercial results.
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
